Mint Waramon Chunchatprasert opened this Ekkamai café as a showroom for her family's Lampang ceramic factory, which has operated for over twenty years. The name refers to cone 9 firing temperature. Drinks arrive in handcrafted cups from the factory, and weekend pottery and painting workshops run alongside the coffee programme.
Exposed beams and concrete walls frame a high-ceilinged interior with sheer white curtains and pampas grass. A long communal table and round pedestal tables share an industrial concrete floor. Ceramic plates and bowls fill open shelving alongside retail products.
