Park Tanpraphat, known as Brew Boy, roasted in Australia before shipping his equipment to Thailand. He travels monthly to farms and personally processes about ninety percent of the beans, a skill sharpened by studying fermentation with Taiwanese specialist Jake Hu.
The restored heritage building on Song Wat Road has raw concrete walls, a red tile counter, and exposed ceiling ductwork painted red. Filter and espresso only, with Panama Geisha, Ethiopian, and Thai origins. The house blend Everyday.bkk anchors the white coffee menu.
