About

Kann roasts in small batches on a Japanese Pico Roaster behind the bar, rotating beans weekly: Honduras whiskey barrel-aged, Ethiopia Arbegona, and northern Thai lots from Nan and Mae Hong Son sourced through direct farm relationships. Anfim grinders handle espresso, and a Poursteady added in early 2026 runs the drip programme. SCA-trained baristas keep prices intentionally low for Chulalongkorn University students nearby. The Aerocano, an iced Americano steamed to create foam without milk, is a house signature.

Wood-panelled walls and warm wood tones run through the compact Block 28 space in Chula Soi 5. White painted walls open up the seating area, with large windows facing the outdoor section and potted plants on shelves throughout. Clipboard menus list each bean's origin and price separately from the drink preparation charge.

Roasting

Micro-roasting operation using a picoroaster for small batch, fresh-roasted beans. Beans change weekly and barista can adjust roast profile to customer preference.
