About

Gabriel Carol won the Romania Brewers Cup in 2017 and 2018 and placed ninth at the World Brewers Cup in Brazil. He opened PAGA with Patricia Yothinwattnaudom on Sukhumvit 31 in 2021, the name combining their initials and the Thai word for flower. A Loring S7 Nighthawk sits in a glass-walled roasting room on the second floor, visible through double-height windows from every level.

Taste Space's Kijtanes Kajornrattanadech designed the three-storey building with a milk-white interior, triangular acrylic stone bar, and pink terrazzo tables. Gabriel sources nano lots of wushwush from Colombia's Finca Monte Verde, geisha from Ninety Plus Estate in Panama, and single origins from Ethiopia's Uraga Tome washing station.
