The team behind Roastery at Home and Jane Luk Saw Pa Dam opened Local Boys with a speed bar for quick service and a slow bar for pour-over.
Blends use Thai beans from Chiang Mai and Nakhon Si Thammarat alongside Guatemalan lots, with a fermented programme called Cyber Ferment Rush drawing on Nakhon Si Thammarat, Panama, and Burundi. Signature drinks arrive in sealed aluminium cans stamped with a robot mascot, including Dirty Coffee, Coconut Dirty, and Peanut Butter Coffee.
Roasting
All beans roasted in-house. Blends include Fruity Fusion Flick, Robotic Chocolate Rush, and Silicon Seed Symphony from the connected Roastery at Home operation. Signature drinks served in sealed aluminium cans.
