Founders Kiak and Pui opened on Ekkamai Soi 2 in 2013, combining Kiak's graphic design and San Francisco animation background with Pui's interior architecture training. Art exhibitions rotate every 45 days.
Pacamara supplies the house blend Chapter 01, The Four Mountain, with Ethiopian, Brazilian, Indonesian, and Thai beans. Ink & Lion now roasts small batches in-house alongside roasts from Phil Coffee Roaster and Ceresia. Brick walls, cement floors, and metal structures frame the interior.
