Canadians Louis-Philippe Boucher and Veronique Lagarde founded the roastery in Amsterdam after relocating from Montreal via Italy and the UK. Boucher left venture capital work in 2019, completed a week-long roasting course in Berlin, then launched with Lagarde handling marketing. They roast on Probat equipment and operate wholesale-focused distribution across UK, Ireland, Poland, Czech Republic, and Slovakia.
