About

Ekameth 'Tay' Wipvasutti studied music at Mahidol University before training under Happy Espresso's owner in Chiang Mai. He started roasting in 2013, frustrated by the dark roasts available locally, and won the World Aeropress Championship in Melbourne exactly a decade later. Two Thailand Brewers Cup titles followed in 2017 and 2024.

Thailand's first coffee soft serve arrived in 2016, its first concentrate in 2017. The Flag Bearer blend splits between PaPae and JomThong beans from Northern Thailand, supported by a Micro-Lot Reserve program pairing directly with farming families.
