Thai Lica beans sit alongside Costa Rican lots named Mozart, Beethoven, and Chopin, plus Honduras Litchilan with brandy, cinnamon, and butterscotch notes. Ethiopian, Panamanian, and Colombian origins round out the lineup, all served through ceramic-filter hand-drips and sold in 100g packets.
